including a redemption of $3,690,000.00 dollars from the PRIT fund

Agenda Item #4-Refunds
Vote to consider the seventeen (17) requests for refunds. The names have been submitted to their particular Department, the Law Department and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Agenda Item #5-Redeposit of Refunds and Makeup of Contributions
Vote to consider the redeposit of refunds (3) for Edward Keating from the Police Department, MCDI and the Law Department, Emma Woods from the MTRS and Evangeline Pollard makeup of contributions for the first six months in Springfield.

Agenda Item #6-Accidental Disability Remand-Jeffrey McCorkindale
Vote to consider the Accidental Disability Benefit along with the clarification responses from the medical panel for Firefighter, Jeffrey McCorkindale.
