Vote to consider the responses of the medical panel for Accidental Disability benefits submitted by Roberto Matos.

Agenda Item #5-Involuntary Accidental Disability Application-Aaron Rathburn-Fire Department
Vote to consider the responses of the medical panel for Involuntary Accidental Disability benefits submitted by Fire Commissioner Bernard Calvi.

Vote to consider the responses of the medical panel for Involuntary Accidental Disability benefits submitted by Fire Commissioner Bernard Calvi.

Agenda Item #7-Involuntary Ordinary/Accidental and Voluntary Accidental Disability Applications-Anthony Amato-Fire Department
Vote to consider the acceptance of the Involuntary Ordinary/Accidental Disability application submitted by Fire Commissioner Bernard Calvi, and the Voluntary Accidental Disability application submitted by Anthony Amato, and request that PERAC convene a medical panel. Tabled from December 6, 2023.

Vote to consider the acceptance of the following Superannuation Applications:
1. James Bresciani, Manager, School Department with 26 years and 1 month as of February 3, 2024.
2. Jerome Couture, Senior Custodian, School Department with 26 years as of January 9, 2024.
3. Roberto Flores, Police Officer, Police Department with 31 years and 2 months as of
January 3, 2024.
4. James McGrath, Motor Equipment Operator, Department of Public Works with 28 years and 8 months as of January 3, 2024.
5. Robert O’Herron, Junior Custodian, School Department with 14 years and 8 months as of January 3, 2024.
6. Richard Randolph, Police Lieutenant, Police Department with 34 years and 6 months as of January 2, 2024.

Vote to reaffirm the approval of the following warrants:
Warrant #70 Refunds in the amount of $300,694.70
Warrant #71 Transfers in the amount of $164,950.91
Warrant #72 Refunds in the amount of $83,985.89
Warrant #73 Refunds in the amount of $1,657.61
Warrant #74 Expenses in the amount of $80,530.93
Warrant #75 Retirement payroll in the amount of $7,707,631.92
and redemption from the PRIT fund in the amount of $6,100,000.00

Agenda Item #10-Refunds/Transfers to Other Systems
Vote to consider the twenty-four (24) requests for refunds and transfers to other systems as presented to the Board. The names have been submitted to their particular Department, the Law Department and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Vote to consider the one hundred and four (104) New Members for membership due to their employment within the member units of the Springfield Retirement System as presented to the Board.
