Motion made by Burns and seconded by Mantoni to accept the following superannuation applications: John Friberg, Fire Lieutenant with 38 years and 10 months as of 1/17/15, Linda Lajoie, Library Branch Supervisor with 24 years and 9 months as of 2/25/15, Mary Ann Lynch, Paraprofessional with 26 years and 8 months as of 1/30/15, Timothy Morrow, Police Officer with 32 years as of 1/2/15, John Albano, W&S Comm. with 39 years and 4 months as of 1/24/15

Agenda Item #2- Warrants
Motion made by Burns and seconded by Mantoni to approve the payment of the following warrants-#50-Refund in the amount of $8,406.59, #51- Refunds in the amount of $1,504.45, #52-Refunds in the amount of $34,137.68, #53- Expenses in the amount of $43,877.40, #54- December Retiree Payments in the amount of $5,566,381.72, including redemption of $4,350,000.00 from the PRIT Fund

Agenda Item #3-Accidental Death Benefits/Mrs. Regina K. Wilson
Motion made by Mantoni and seconded by Burns to approve §9 benefits to the surviving spouse of John D. Wilson, Police Officer.

Agenda Item #4-Authorization to Sign-Offset Agreement
Motion made by Mantoni and seconded by Burns granting Executive Director , Anne Leduc the authority to sign the settlement of M.G.L.C. 32, §14 offset provision.
