MINUTES OF THE SPRINGFIELD RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
HELD ON, AUGUST 19, 2015 AT 1:30 P.M.

PRESENT: Robert Moynihan, Thomas Scanlon, Haskell Kennedy, Attorney Alfredo ViVenzio, Executive Director, Anne Leduc, Judy L. Dziobek, Recording Clerk and Retiree, Donald Bronner.

Agenda Item #1-s. 91A terminations

The Chairman stated that the list of disabled retirees were not in compliance with M.G.L. c.32, section 91A (failure to submit a statement to the P.E.R.A.C.). The Director informed the Board that all the Retirees were notified of the special meeting and the various issues for not complying. The Board made the following votes:

Walter Bourke: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Donald Bronner: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

George Collins: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Mark Dean: The Director asked the Board to remove his direct deposit and print a live check so that he will have to come into the office as there has been no response from Mark concerning these issues. Motion made by Robert Moynihan, seconded by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.
Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Judith Glenn: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Stephen Hill: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

James Kervick: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Michael McClaflin: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.

Carmen Roldan: Based on the information provided by the Director, a motion was made by Robert Moynihan to allow an extension of time to file the documents to P.E.R.A.C. until, September 2, 2015. Second by Haskell Kennedy and voted unanimously.
