4.     Timothy Morrow, Police Officer with 32 years as of 1/2/15

5.     John Albano, W&S Comm. with 39 years and 4 months as of  1/24/15

Vote to consider the payment of the following warrants

#50-Refund in the amount of $8,406.59

#51- Refunds in the amount of $1,504.45

#52-Refunds in the amount of $34,137.68

#53- Expenses in the amount of $49,716.80

#54- December Retiree Payments in the amount of $5,566,381.72, including redemption of $4,350,000.00 from the PRIT Fund

Vote to consider section 9 benefits to the surviving spouse of John D. Wilson, Police Officer.

Agenda Item #4-Authorization to Sign-Offset Agreement

Vote to consider granting the Executive Director to sign the settlement of M.G.L.C. 32,

s. 14 offset provision.
