# 26 June Retiree Payments in the amount of $5,492,564.64 including a redemption from the PRIT Fund of $1.9 million

Agenda Item #4-Refunds
Vote to consider eleven (11) requests for refunds. The names have been submitted to their particular Department, to the Law Department and to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Agenda Item #5-Redeposit of refund
Vote to consider the request to redeposit the refund from:
1.David Olszak for 9 months of creditable service, Animal Control Officer
2.Lourdes Soto for 9 years and 2 months, Paraprofessional with MTRS

Agenda Item #6-Acceptance of Liability
Vote to consider the request from Hampshire County Retirement System for Pamela J. Rogers while employed as a Substitute Teacher.

Agenda Item #7-Makeup of contributions
Vote to consider the makeup of contributions for Karen Winkler while a member of the State Retirement System. The State system has accepted 6 month of creditable service.
